Information we process
- Account and profile: your name, email address, profile photo, membership, and role. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares your account identifier and basic profile details, such as your name and email address, for authentication. We do not receive your Google password.
- Platform activity: course enrollment and lesson progress, interests you choose, event registrations, posts, comments, reactions, and content you submit.
- Session and technical data: authentication cookies and information needed to keep the service working and secure. Our hosting and authentication providers may process technical request data such as an IP address and browser information.
How we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide learning and community features, show relevant content and progress, manage events and membership, moderate content, respond to support requests, and investigate misuse. Google account data is used for sign-in and account identification, not for advertising or unrelated access to your Google account.
Who can see it
Your posts, comments, reactions, and public profile details may be visible to other community members. Authorized Tribe Builders and Admins can review content and account details needed to manage the platform. Supabase provides authentication and data storage; Vercel hosts the website; Google provides Google sign-in. These providers process data to deliver their respective services. We do not give other members access to your password.

We keep information while it is needed to operate your account and the community, and may retain records when required for security, dispute resolution, or applicable law. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask about your privacy rights, by emailing thebuilderstribe26@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained or handled differently where the law permits or requires it.
